We look forward to next Tuesday
This Sunday we run the Cobble Hill. It was a good idea! (Mostly shady!) We met at the There is a cost associated with the clinic, but there is no charge to join or participate in our running group and you don't have to take the clinic to join our group. The group accepts anyone of any ability (including walkers), but currently we are mainly comprised of 40-something and 50-something women (and a couple of men) who typically run 8-10 kmh for 8-10 km at a time. We typically get together Sunday mornings (either 8:30AM or 9:00AM) and Tuesday evenings (either 6:15PM or 7:00PM), year round, regardless of weather.
This blog is an attempt to avoid most of the email traffic that planning a run can generate. You can instruct the blog to notify you by email of posts, but it's a central repository for time-and-place discussions and running summaries. Feel free to put up your comments, even if it's just "That was a great run today!".
